特斯拉 (TSLA.US) 取消 7 天无理由退车政策

智通财经 APP 获悉,10 月 17 日,特斯拉(TSLA.US)中国官网显示,特斯拉信心保障计划已于2020年10月16日终止执行并下线,这意味着消费者在提车后 7 天内不能再无理由退还车辆了。

截至目前,特斯拉方面尚未给出相关回应。业内人士分析称,特斯拉选择下线该计划,可能是本轮降价退车的车主较多,特斯拉为降低退车产生的成本;该计划的取消,短时间内可能会降低消费者的购买欲。

据了解,信心保障计划是特斯拉在法律要求之外做出的额外承诺。该计划的条款,如果车主对新车不满意,可在车辆交付后的七个日历日内将车辆退还,特斯拉将在 30 个工作日内退还除 1000 元定金外的车款。该信心保障计划适用于2020年7月22日及之后生效的订单。

信心保障计划中还明确退还条件需符合下述所有要求:在车辆退还时,车辆里程表读数未超过 1600 公里;“新车有限质量保证” 尚未失效;未提交或未申请过任何可适用的激励政策、奖励、优惠或特别待遇;车辆处于全新状态,未受损坏且无异常磨损;未转售或转让给任何个人或实体。
